We are happy to inform you that we have resolved the cause for your complaint with reference number ***8, why are writing to me with a no reply email, why as are you not sending me an email as a case handler to find out about my availability? Who do you think you are dealing with? You think I don't have a job so I'm always ready for your call? S o you thought you can Buzz me a few times and close the complaint. I do nt need you to explain to me that honoring fees is the amount deducted when a metchant has delayed taking funds after a purchase because I know that and it makes no sense because if I buy for a R100 and merchants deducts R100 after 3days and I did not withdraw where did the money go to? Why I'm paying double? Who every deals with this complaint better sends an email to arrange time for a call and stop taking people for a joke. I want my money that is all I need
