Honoring fee

Am getting annoyed by this honoring fee y can't u guys debit the card amount wen thr is funds in the account as u guys c thr is money coming in every month if it can't decline wen thr is no funds then myb it's best I close the account cs wen I check my account I was debited R45 plus R100 no guys this is the money we work hard for I ddnt have a problem with the amount taken for the card bt my issue is the honoring fee bring back my money it's so annoying to pay fot somethin u ddnt use.. if u guys can't stop rather close my account
