Homeowners Insurance policy schedule

I'm so disappointed with Standard Bank Insurance. I called the Home loan deportment call centre on Thursday the 05/05/2022 to ask for my Home Owners Insurance policy schedule. I was told to hold the line they are transferring me to the Insurance Department. I held on for an hour then I hanged up. I called them again on Friday 06/05/2022, held on for 30 minutes then I left a message. Someone called me then he transferred the call to the Insurance department, I held on for 2 hours then I hanged up. I called again on Monday the 09/05/2022 and still no joy. So, I called their complaint department ***) and they took my cellphone number and said someone will call me back, but no one called. I called the complaint department again on Wednesday, 11/05/2022, they also transferred me to the Insurance Department and that did not help.
