Homeloan insurance *****

I bought a new house in December. I had several insurance companies quoted for the bond and death insurance. I decided to go ahead with standard bank because the offered me one of the best deals. Cut the story short two months after the bond is registered and are my insurer they decided to double the premiums when I try to inquire abour bout they the home loan department tells me a different reason from the insurance department. Today the insurance department claims that the bond department captuers the premium twice for the some loan. Tried to cancel the insurance but without success. Please help
