Homeless for over a year

Claim number 19/036984. We submitted this claim in April 2019. It’s been over a year now and we are still HOMELESS. What’s worse is we haven’t even received the Rent money for July 2020. When you phone them you are prompted to utilize their online services but they don’t reply to those, when you send an email they don’t reply. When we phone we have to wait more than 45 minute just to get connected to an Agent who tells you they are waiting for someone to sign your documents. This company doesn’t care about its clients. The service is appalling.
