Hi
standard bank have rejected my claim due to leaves in the gutters
Never mind the leaves are there from the storm
This has not been a good experience
The people they send out are not safe for a women alone and are definitely not qualified for the job

They over deducted on my insurance policy for years charging me for a thatch house and were only prepared to go back 3 years on paying me back

So definitely always a win win for them and a loose loose for the customer

They never pay out and I have been with them for over 30 years

Would love to know why they only respond when you post on hello Peter
Very disappointed customer
