Home owners Insurance without your knowledge

PLease be aware of standard bank **** for home insurance as they put insurance with out your knowledge although you have your own private insurance. I have been ****med and paid insurance for almost 5 years and they refused to return all my monies back. Please check you bond account as its added to your bond account without your knowledge. Imagine the number of people being ****med like this by standard bank
