Home loane insurance.

I have taken a home loan with then November last year. They added life insurance to my loan even though I have a existing life insurance policy. I had done everything to get it canselled but no success. I spend an hour on the phone before I could speak to an consultant who couldn't help me. The said my existing policy do not cover retrenchment. After enquiring it withy policy provider they say the only cover for three months and then it must be taken separately. I can't get hold of anybody at Standard bank that can tell me where I can get it so I can cancell that policy.
