Home Loan Insurance massive increase

I plan to submit a daily complaint to Standard Bank Homeloan Insurance until this matter is addressed, as their apparent lack of concern regarding my insurance issues is troubling. I have made multiple requests for them to contact me about my home loan insurance, which has dramatically increased from R1500 to R3500 in one month, struggling for 3 years to get this resolved. This situation remains unresolved. At present, my monthly insurance payment exceeds my home loan installment, yet the team seems indifferent to my concerns. I have never filed a claim, as they continually provide excuses that hinder my ability to claim under the policy, despite the substantial amount I pay for insurance.
