Home insurances! BAD service
Beyond 0 pathetic
Everytime you call them for something that is damaged by natural causes they say,it is lack of maintenance by the owner. We pay them every month, yet when it comes time for them to fix, they ALWAYS have issues and DO NOT fix anything.
Stanadarbk bank insurance just eats your money but does sweet nothing about your claims and don't give a flying fish!

31 May 2023, 17:40When it was bad damage hail in 2021 that damaged my roof and windows it needed to be fixed and the awning. It was fibre glass as they said that they cannot find fibre glass.The replace it with some weak **** awning which now with heart winds and rain flew off, and my roof that is now leaking with the rain, I called them again and they said the awning was never approved. And the Roof was done, part of the Roof was done not where it was leaking.....
It still leaks with rain and needs to be fixed and the awning is gone.
