Home Insurance Claim

Last year October a tornado hit and our property got badly damaged. We contact the insurance immediately and four months later we are still waiting. The only thing that has been fixed after many phone calls is a part of our wall. This is very disappointing as some of our neighbours roofs got fixed the very next day after the tornado. I am tired of the blame shifts because in the meantime every time it rains our house gets flooded causing damage to our furniture. We have no security as we have no front wall. Our cars have to stand in the sun, wind, rain and hail. While waiting for them to get the job done we are only caused more damage.
