Home Insurance Cancellation

At the beginning of the year, I app**** for a home loan at Standard Bank which went well and I am happy with their service, but addition to that I also had home insurance with them which I have cancelled effective end of July 2020. For the past two months premiums (August and September) that have gone of my account, they are still charging me for home insurance which is not right and quite frankly I think it is disgusting. I have emailed the home insurance website many times now but nothing is happening I just get an email stating that they acknowledge the receipt of my email and that one of their consultants will contact me. My last email was sent to them a week ago and I am still waiting.
