Home Building Claim!

This is the worst insurance company to work with!! I have been waiting 3 days just to receive a document I must sign to get payment. Claim has been logged 10 days ago! Not to mention the countless calls i have made and having to wait between 20 and 40 VERY frustrating minutes just to be "put through to the right department". WHY have you then got department options on the phone??? I challenge a manager be in contact with me asap so this can be resolved. This will be shared on social media as well. The claim is for a Home building claim, on bond... fiy, so the "right department" can contact me!
