Home assist, dismal service

The Standard bank home assist Dept with their bogus partners Pana services are playing games with my rights. From the end of April, nobody has ever bothered to come back to me with a quotation for my broken washing machine. Not to mention Pana services contact numbers. The Durban branch has never picked up since the 6th of May. No response since they came to my house on the 5 th of May. Lately, Standard bank promises to call back with results to no avail. This has happened on 4 conservative occasions. I am exhausted and daissapointed. I am without a washing machine and no service.
