Hold on, to nothing

I have tried all possible options to register a claim at my private property where it seems as if the geyser inside the house burst.

It is leaking water from its sides. I have spend about R100 worth of airtime calling and holding on, downloading your silly insurance app that does not want to link my policies so useless.

Can I get someone to call me so this problem can be resolved asap.
