HOC Policies Cancellation

After numerous struggles with Standard Bank Insure, I decided to cancel below HOC polies with them Eiendom 1: 1000 Marokyn Villas – HLB *** Eiendom 2: 9 Elizabeth Straat – HLB *** When sending an email with all details to ***, one does not even get a reference number for the cancellation request. I can just imagine how much drama this cancellation is going to be. But I will push through and complain until this is done.
