HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have a vehicle loan with Standard Bank Vehicle loans. They decided to add insurance automatically without consulting me and I had to pay double insurance for months. I tried emailing them proof of my insurance and never got any feedback and its been months. Can someone help me sort this out please, I cancelled my original insurance because I cannot pay for 2 but I don't even know how the standard bank insurance works
