Helo Peter help helpless customer

I losyt my job due to ill health - after having a revolving account at Standard Bank of R60000 which were handed over for credit review. I've paid this account regularly and borrow again as I'm a single mom with a university student who did not receive a bursary for four years... I paid my insurance on the account. Standard Bank, known as not paying out insurance refuse to write off my account by paying the rest of my debt. I got on Helo Peter and they started responding. Then they promised to repay me as I settled my accoubt, and I'm waiting on their debt review department to repay me, as the insurance paid it over to them. For that, I can only thank Helo Peter for their channel...
