Hello I'm still waiting for you!

Durban had hectic floods on 16th March. Our driveway and stairs collapsed. Our friends car disappeared into a hole that the water created once the driveway collapsed. We called our insurance who said we must call a tow truck to get her car out of the hole and they would send an assessor the next day. The assessor only arrived on the 22 March and said so many people had tried ******** their insurance but he could he ours was a genuine claim. Heard nothing from Standard Bank and eventually called them to find out that they had dis allowed the claim. When calling them back to find out why they said that the assessors report was inconclusive. I asked them to follow up and they agreed that if their assessor hadn't filled in the report properly it was their fault and not mine! I am still waiting for someone to contact me and for repairs to be started. Its almost a month later. The stairs are now dangerous and I still have a huge hole in my driveway.<br>
