Harrased by Standard Bank external Debt Collectors

Who ever formulated the debt collection process at Standard Bank is evil!!! My credit card installment for April was R1467.45, of which I short paid by R67.45, can I emphasise R67.45. I have had this credit card for about 5 years, paid it regularly without fail. Standard bank starts calling me repeatedly for the R67, next thing I know my account is handed over to LGR Attorneys for collection. The amount of harrassment I received from LGR for R67, over 20 smses to date, countless emails and calls like I defaulted for months. I don't know if this is allowed by POPIA and NCR but I feel harrased and abused for R67!!!! Please withdraw my account from your debt collectors, I'm not delinquent and will not be treated as delinquent when I short paid my account by less than 5% of the amount due. This is madness and it is not the 1st time!!! Withdraw my limit so that I can pay off that credit card the you can close it!!! Le rata drama lona!!
