Was wowed by service of Ipelegeng from the funeral plan division cause when I first called I gave her no chance to talk and was still calm but needed a solution to the problem I had am glad she come through with a positive feedback and even apologized.. A day made... Would defiantly refer more clients to Standard bank for their Funeral Plans
