Hanging on forever to lodge a claim

I have been holding for the insurance call center for 45 minutes, this is the second attempt this morning!! How is it that no matter what call center of theirs that you call., you ALWAYS wait due to "high call volumes"..... I mean really, employ more agents!!! So disappointing Standard Bank. There are so many complaints here, yet nothing has changed.
