Had to pay Excess of R3500 because Standard Bank Insurance did not follow-up with 3rd party driver to pay

<p>On the 05 of September my car was bumped by a taxi at the back. I gave Standard Bank Insurance all the taxi details along with the drivers details and owners details when I registered the case.</p> <p>I then had to pay R3500 of excess whereas this was supposed to be paid by the 3rd Party vehicle. I've got comprehensive cover insurance for my vehicle, and 3rd party claims and legal follow-up is part of my my cover but the Standard Bank has not even contacted me regarding communication they've made with the 3rd party insurance.</p> <p>Till to-date I have not received any feedback from my insurance to tell me whem my I will be re-imbursed for the R3500,00 I paid.</p> <p> </p>
