Had to bury my aunt with a debt because I have been waiting for the claim department to process.

Worst bank to have a funeral claim process, I have been going to the branch and calling the funeral claim department from the 18th of December claim and up to today I don't have any idea of what is happening. The deceased is buried already. This is very upsetting because when I signed up, the 48 hours waiting period was highlighted but in my experience I haven't seen it.
