Gross Incompetence!!!!

Good day, I was blacklisted for my credit card by Standard Bank which impacted my score in negatively!!! Yet I informed you in 2020 that I was retrenched due to Covid19! But I had in a policy in place which covered me! CHL***!!!! How is it that you never processed my claim!!! Im still bearing the brunt of your incompetence! I have made numerous calls to you offices but your *********** staff keeps never answers or they hang up without even answering!!!! How does a professional Institute like you get away with ruining people future's with gross incompetence!
