Great service by Tsholofelo Mogosetsi

Would like to rate an employee of standard bank insurance department. After 3days off trying to obtain a certificate as proof of insurance for the dealership to release my new vehicle to me. Was assisted by rude individuals and didn't care to do follow up to know if what I need ive received. Then today an angel,passionate of her Job lady came to my rescue assisted me and made follow up to make sure if the system fails to send the certificate she does it manually and my airtime got cut and she called and made sure I'm well attended and my expectations met.
