*GREAT SERVICE AND VALUE*

<p>I reviewed my insurance policies with my service provider a few months ago because premiums kept going up while the value of my insured assets were going down..the (well known and major) insurance provider refused to reduce the price. I contacted other insurance companies for comparable quotes and they all had the same tendency to try to prove that they know more than I do, convince me to buy their product including every add-on insurance possible and badmouthing the opposition. Standard Bank on the otherhand had a very quick response, the sales agent spoke quickly and to the point, he pointed out the lower prices of other service providers and highlighted the positives. SBIB was not "pushy" to buy their product and did all the calculations of different options for me to get me the best value for money options. When I cancelled my facility with the other service provider they then tried to reduce my premiums and after going to their lowest possible offer (three times reduces to the "lowest" price) they were still more expensive and provided less cover than SBIB. Every discussion I had with SBIB after the sales call was still friendly and efficient. </p> <p>Standard Bank....well done!!</p> <p> </p>
