Great Service

Good Day, This morning I tel phonically spoken to Rebecca Makhaba from the claims department and I must commend her on the service she offered to me. She was great and from the tone of her voice sounded of someone that was willingly wanting to help and assisted me with all the questions I asked. Great Job and keep up the good work. Because of staff like her makes us customers who are passionate of receiving good service stay with you Standard Bank. I cannot say the same for other staff that assisted me as they don't bother to return your mail.
