Great job, Phumzile Ngcombela from Standard Bank Insurance!

As frustrated as I was when my car got hit by another, I made a call on Monday, 3rd of February 2020 and was assisted by Phumzile Ngcombela from Standard Bank Insurance. She was professional, understanding and very attentive. Today, 6th of February, she called again, informing me that my claim was approved :). She has been informing me daily on what was needed, documents to supply them throughout. She is such an asset! Thanks for making this process a stress-free!

I heard so many awful stories about Insurance companies that always try to find fault in their clients and delays in payouts, but hey, as much as this was my first accident, I did not experience any of that!
