good service.....and bad...!

I would like to compliment ROSINA MOLEFE from Standard bank Insurance for excellent service received from her. I wish I could say the the same for Standard Bank in general from whom I have shocking service - so much so that after banking with them for nigh on 50 years I am now in the process of changing to another bank. Well done Rosina for your professional attitude - against all the odds...!
