Standardbank insurance is bittersweet experience, bitter in that their third party assessment company let them down causing delays but thanks to Phumzile she makes the experience less unbearable, below is the email i wrote to her after a small delay with my payout: "Hi Thanks for the response. I have to say there has been an incredible number of bumps in this process causing huge delays and frustrations, however your prompt responses and actions have made the experience very tolerable and less infuriating. Communication goes a long way to lessen the blow for clients on the receiving, 10/10 to you for that, keep it up."
