Spoke to Gino and Sboniso to get clarity about being able to be refunded my excess (as a result of being rear-ended and having to pay panel beater out of my pocket) even if I were to leave Standard Bank Insurance (since premiums are too high). They both asked if I had been given the chance to review my premium for possibly lowering it. Informed me of my options and allowed me to decide what I wanted to do. Gino even went on to inform me of what I needed to do and by when if I do choose to leave.
