Give me back my money

I was involved in an accident last year. Where a car drove into my rear bumper. I had to pay the excess. Standard Bank car insurance was supposed to get back to me about the excess money. It is over a year when I tried to email Tebogo Tokota-no response, Roxanne Mc Donald(maternity leave), Amith Rambrosoa (no response). Where is my money!!!!
