GHOST AND UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES ON FUNERAL POLICIES

I am writing on behalf of my mother, NC Matlapeng, regarding the unresolved issue of removing an UNKNOWN beneficiary from her funeral cover policy and replacing with the CORRECT details of my uncle. Despite numerous requests over the past several months and multiple follow-ups with your office, this matter remains unaddressed. We were assured on several occasions that this would be resolved, yet nothing has been done.

This ongoing delay is unacceptable. We are now giving you 48 hours to take immediate action or provide a formal acknowledgment of the steps being taken to resolve this issue. Should we not receive a satisfactory response within this timeframe, we will have no choice but to escalate the matter further by filing a formal complaint with the Ombud and addressing it publicly through social media.

We expect prompt attention to this matter and resolution without any further delays.
