Geyser still not fixed!

I had a geyser leak in February 2017. I called SBSA emergency line and they sent someone the following day to come and fix. The service provider expalined that the pipe was leaking and the only way to fix it was break the ceiling to get to the pipe and fix the pipe. He said it will be a claim and I therefore paid R750 access to have it fix, plus another access fee of R500 to have the ceiling repaired. Three months later, the geyser starts leaking again in the same place. I called SBSA emergency line again. They sent througha different plumber who upon inspection, advised me that the pipe was never replaced. Instead the previous service provider only put in 2 clamps and processed it as a claim. I called SBSA emergency line and relayed the message. I was advised that they would contact the previous service provider (STARPLEX) and get back to me. I have been calling for over 2 weeks now and am being sent from pillar to post. Nothing has been done about the leaking pipes and no one has called me to inform me anything. I think that this is appauling service to a paying customer. It takes time and money to keep calling SBSA for feedback on this.
