Geyser problem

I log a call regarding my geyser that the water was no longer hot but cold . The plumbers came to replace the geyser but there was a problem when we open taps the geyser gives funny noise. I reported this matter different plumbers came nothing changed . Other plumbers came they requested me to buy another thing I forgot wat was it cost 600 and they advise noise will go away . After installing noise didn’t go away. I called Homeloan insurance several times plumbers were sent nothing changed . I asked plumbers to escalate the matter they agree but nothing was done . Called Homeloan insurance several times utilising my own airtime nothing happened . My kids even suggested if we vacant this house as it’s no longer enjoyable due to the noisy countered . To be honest is so frustrating of which I really don’t know who to speak to regarding this problem as it looks like no one cares . I raised concern I cried I complained I asked escalation but no one willing to assist me . How if one day there is no one in the house and this happen water again damage the house . I am so tired and frustrated with this geyser noisy thing . Why now was replaced and this noisy started I’m tired all I need just solution around this problem . It’s too long now it shows no one escalated just decided to close my calls without being asked if I was assisted . I really want someone to get to the bottom of this and offer me solution .
