Geyser leak inside house
My geyser was replaced, Andy ever since it was leaking, I have reported this its over 1year now nothing has been done, the ceiling is badly damaged and my bath and tiles are getting damaged. My nanny slipped and hurt her shoulder she has been home for over week and a half, one of myself visitors kids slipped and fell. I’m fell but managed to balance myself. I have reported to standard bank complaints department and nothing has been done. Does the insurance department want one of us today break a neck and sue them then the geyser leak will be fixed?

21 Sept 2022, 08:57Thank you for the response, you guys want to keep investigating until someone breaks a bone. Please hurry up because i must hear all the time we will get back to you. My house is getting damaged and people are getting injured. I can’t wait another 1 year for this to be sorted.
