Geyser claim only paid out 50%

I'm not happy with Standard bank insurance their service is pathetic. It took me longer than 2 weeks to get this claim sorted and at the end they decided to only pay 50% of the quotation out to me. Now I need to pay the rest out of my pocket to get this matter resolved. This is my first ever claim by them since my policy started and this is how they handle or respect a client who are not claiming everytime for the nitty gritty stuff. I would not recommend them to anybody and will cancel my policy with them as of today.
