Geyser claim not attended to

Registered a claim for a geyser on the 18th. Was told that it would be fixed the same day. No one contacted us. When I followed up I was yet again told that it would be fixed the same day. Today is the 23rd and still no one has contacted us. When I eventually got through on the telephone today after holding on for about 10 minutes I was told to hold the line and after waiting several minutes the lady came back to me saying that she cannot reach the department and will phone me back. I am still waiting for her call. 6 Days later I am still waiting.............
