Getting cut off and being falsely accused of posting stuff somewhere

WTAF??? Firstly I have been cut off 3 times after holding for more than 10 minutes to log a claim THEN to add insult to injury, I go and try you on-line Insurance and get a message that I have ben banned for posting who knows what... Really??????????????????????????????????????????
