Funeral policy complain

I am bery dissapointed on you,very very poor customer service and i see no reason why do u have to keep lying to people about your funeral policy because you dont honour the contract h3nce you keep Steeling from poor people.my funeral policy fully up to date but this bank cant pay Someone have to put you guys on the spot light so that everyone can know before you can steel from rest of the poor citizens this is not a funeral policy just call it a stockvel.i am sick and tired of you
