Funeral Policy Claim

I submitted my funeral insurance claim to Standard Bank on the 19th January 2023 and I was told to expect payment within 3 days. To date, I have no heard or received anything from them. Standard Bank has to be the most unreliable Bank. They are very quick to debit my account every month without a fail. I would recommend Standard Bank to anyone. I'm mad as hell.
