Funeral policy cancellation. Urgent!!!!!!

I took a funeral cover at the end of July for me and my family. A week later I called them to cancel but nothing was done. I sent an email to inform them of my cancellation as well due to a drastic change in my financial situation and I still don't get a response. My money was debited even after trying countless times explaining my situation and an urgent need for the money, I still get ignored. I need to cover urgent medical requirements for my child who was ******ed.Someone help!!!!!!
