Funeral plan

<p>This has to be the worst bank in South Africa!!!29th of December I send an email which I got from one of your consultants after I had requested that my funeral policy be cancelled. I even included the policy number as instructed by the consultant I spoke,yet three months down the line you are still debiting my account!!!!I am going to close down my account and move to a bank that pays attention. STANDARD BANK IS SIMPLY PATHETIC.</p>
