Funeral Insurance Retention Department - No response

I have been trying to get through to the Retentions department for Funeral Insurance since Monday. The phone rings unanswered. Two call centre agents took down my details advising that I will get a call from the Retensions department but no one has contacted me. When they put you through you wait for over 30 minutes but no response. I need to speak to someone urgently please.
