Funeral debts stress

I've made a claim for a funeral cover on the 29th of April,till to date there is no response,no communication or what so ever. I thought I could trust them in times of sorrow but clearly I was fooling my self.Under a lot of stress of losing my spouse and funeral debts.Called them twice with the same response,they will get back to me and never called back.
