Funeral Cover Not Paid

My partner has a Standard bank funeral, he submitted the documents on the 10th May 2024, today i spoke to Pauline Mukhine on *** said the claim is not registered however the documents they received them, put me on hold for almost ten minutes to speak to manager Thomas , call never answered. What kind of funeral cover is this.
