Funeral cover debited twice

Please advise why my funeral policy that I canceled on the 28th November 2022 was still debited PLUS the premium for the one I upgraded to? I have tried calling you several times, you now operate like gvt departments where noone takes calls. I even emailed you and no response. If this doesn't get sorted, I will cancel this policy with immediate effect.
