Funeral cover

I am disappointed in standing bank.I submitted a funeral cover claim and they told me they will pay within 48hrs now its been over over 72hrs and they haven't paid. tried to call and they said they will pay before end of business day yesterday but still nothing. I am stranded,I have to bury my father
