Funeral Claims - online submissions not received.

Standard Bank Insurance offers online and whatsapp claim submission yet these platforms do not work!

I submitted a funeral claim online. You have the option to follow up on WhatsApp but WhatsApp tells you to contact the call center. I called the contact Centre only to be told no claim received. I had to resend all documents and wait another 48hours. Standard Bank Insurance is a division of the bank that always let you down. Always!
